To avoid and disable the Registered User and Moderators to switch the theme in their - general11 - 04-16-2025
1. Click the "option" of the theme you want to disable to all user
2. Go to "Edit Theme Properties", and only Select "Administrators"
3. Finally click "Save Theme Properties"
Done.
