A file browser interface will appear after you successfully log into your Figma account using a web browser.
The file browser interface for the most recent version of Figma is divided into two sections:
1. Side bar on the left
2. Files section
   

Left side bar:

• User name icon:
  
• This shows the current user's name. Clicking on it allows you to modify the user interface theme, settings, download the Figma desktop app, create a community profile, add or switch registered accounts, and log out of your account.
  
• The bell icon:
  
• Notifications about everything that occurs on your account will show up here.
  
• Search for anything box

• Drafts

Using shortcuts could help increase productivity during the design process by completing tasks more quickly.

There are two methods listed below to open the shortcuts panel and view the shortcuts list:

1. to press on the keyboard: control + shift +?
   

2. or to click the question mark (?) located at the bottom right of the user interface.

Typical steps you'll need to make a new Figma design file:

1. Select "Recents."
2. Select the "New design file." 

   

3. Following that, a file interface for design work will appear.

   

The simple steps to log into Figma are listed below:

Once you're online and enter the URL figma.com, you can begin using the web-based application platform that Figma provided (of course, you can also download the Figma destop app to use it).

1. To log in, click "Get Started for free."
   

2. You can register using your other owned email or log in with your current Gmail account.
   

3. After that, a file browser interface will appear.
